Personally, I believe that my top resource is the expression of employees' strengths. When I go into my workplace, I want every employee who begins as an employee of my venture to take the Clifton StrengthsQuest Assessment. The assessment outlines each person's talents and qualities that make them an adequate candidate. The information provides from this assessment can help the company's leader assess these strengths and assist the candidates in providing benefits to those who sharpen those strengths and exploit them and view it as an opportunity. There is a lot of opportunities for those who choose to share their strengths with the company. They can find a couple of qualities similar to those in the workplace but the combination of their unique selves.
